Well, we decided that if three different anti-virus/spy-ware programs can't fix what's wrong, we're going to have to gut it. Meaning: we are backing up important files and then erasing the hard-drive. We've done this twice before with this computer and have had pretty good results. It's just the backing up of programs that is a pain. Especially our pictures...good grief. Thank goodness for winzip!
