Welcome home, Lydia

Well, we came home yesterday, which is a day earlier than most c-section ladies. I'm a tough chick, that's all. Lydia was born at 8:14am, at a petite 9lb, 3oz. That's a whole 2 pounds less than her older brother, for those of you who wondered. She really does look tiny to us.

We are doing well, I was so glad to come home early. Hospital beds are torture. Our girl is pretty happy as long as she is warm, full, and clean....in that order. She really hates being cold, just like her daddy. She also looks remarkably like her older brother, and I will post pictures soon, I promise!!

I have to say, we folks in the Redhead Mommy household may not have much, but we make cute babies!! ;)

Oooooh! Congratulations! I can't wait to see pictures! I am so glad to hear that things are ok with you. That is pretty big! They took her a little early, right? A friend of mine had a 9 pound boy who came 3 weeks early on his own. Oh, and I really like the name Lydia...it is VERY pretty!
